Whether you are registering for the in-person conference in Pittsburgh or AE Online, please pay particular attention to the details of the multiple Pre- and Post- Events and multiple workshops which are offered. 

During Registration, you will enter your personal information, sign up for pre- and post-events and other event extras, select workshops, and give donations or offerings that are usually received in worship. If you would like to purchase or renew your annual APCE Membership and take advantage of a discount for this event, please see the Membership Options on the APCE website. 

Registration includes:

• All Worship Sessions
• All Plenary Sessions
• Up to 5 Workshops
• Corporation Meeting
• 3 Meals (when registered for the full In-person Event)*
  *Meals included are dinner (Wednesday, January 21), Lunch (Thursday, January 22), and dinner (Friday, January 23).
• Marketplace (In-person Event)
• Networking Opportunities
• Recordings of Plenary and Worship sessions, and 20 workshops
  

Registration does NOT include: 

• APCE membership
• Donations
• Hotel accommodations
• Meals beyond the 3 listed above
• Registration for Pre-/Post-Events
• Seminary lunches
• Other special events

Registration for the in-person Event will close at midnight EST on January 14th and reopen onsite at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh downtown on Tuesday, January 20th. 

On-site registration will be at the "Just in Time" prices.
